Printing: Prices include offset printing
on outside covers and inside pockets with up to 100% ink
coverage. Any PMS color is available. For process
printing, use the 4-Color pricing shown.
Foil Hot Stamping: is available in addition
to printing for the price adder shown. Price includes foil
stamping (or embossing / debossing) in one color on one
location up to 24 square inches. Standard
foil imprint colors.
Plate Charges: Are included in the price
shown.
Artwork: Submitted artwork should be production ready,
at the desired imprint size. Digital artwork
is preferred. See ARTWORK
for details.
