Rush Service
Available for plastic bag orders received before noon (EST). Charges are as follows:

  • 3 working days . . . $150
  • 5 working days . . . $125
  • 7 working days . . . $95

Stock Designs

  • Reference the part # displayed on catalog images when ordering.
  • Product colors, type styles and imprint areas are shown on the catalog images.
  • There are no plate charges for straight line copy imprints.
  • Logos have a $30.00 setup charge.
  • Change of imprint charge is $25.00. Minimums are indicated on product pages.
  • Stock design products are printed on one (1) side only unless indicated otherwise.

Custom Printed

  • Specify the product name, size, imprint color(s) imprint size and position when ordering.
  • Orders will be pending until we receive all necessary information. Standard production time will begin when this information is received.
  • Colored plastic is available. See page 10 for colors and pricing.

These stock inks are available at no extra charge.

Standard production time is required following proof approval.

Plate Charges

  • $2.00 per square inch of plate material.
  • One (1) plate is required per color, per side.
  • Calculate plate charges by measuring the length x width dimensions of each color. The resulting area is the plate size for each color. Multiply the area of each plate by $2.00 per square inch to determine the total plate charge.
  • There is a minimum charge of $35.00 per plate.
  • Plates are stored for three(3) years. During that time exact reorders will not incur plate charges.

Samples
We will ship free product samples using 1st class mail. Overnight delivery is available for a charge.

Overruns/Underruns
Orders are subject to an overrun or underrun variation of 10% and will be billed accordingly.

Product Variations

  • Plastic and paper bags are measured as follows: Bottom gusset bags: Width x Height + gusset Side gusset bags: Width x Gusset x Height
  • Product dimensions, plastic thickness, and imprint colors may vary slightly within commercially acceptable standards.
  • Imprint position may vary from bag to bag for post-print orders.

Shipping and Handling

  • Noteworthy uses FedEx and UPS for normal ground delivery.
  • We use our best judgment to select the shipment method.
  • Normal shipments are F.O.B. upstate NY, 12010.
  • Rush, sure-dated orders should be discussed with the factory before a firm commitment is made. Routing of rush orders must be submitted by the customer, and authorization for air shipment when necessary. Our responsibility ends when merchandise is accepted by carrier. Split shipments: $5.00 (net) each. Handling Charges: $3.75 (net) per carton.
  • Blanket orders are invoiced in full at regular terms upon completion of first shipment.
  • Distributors who submit purchase orders with “will advise” shipping method must notify us of specific shipping instructions at least 5 days prior to scheduled ship date.
  • Shipping releases must be completed within six months.
  • Standard packing is listed below pricing on individual product pages.
  • Where standard packing is listed as 1,000 per case, special packing of 500 per case is available at $2.50 per carton.
  • Slip sheeting is available in quantities of 50 at $1.25 per sheet.

Cancellation
Orders cancelled while in production are billed for costs incurred (artwork, plates, production time).

Credit Policy

  • New Accounts: A credit application must accompany or precede your order. Allow 5 days for credit clearance. If you wish to proceed immediately, please enclose a 50% deposit, or your order can be charged to your credit card.
  • Established Accounts: Net 30 days. Large dollar volume sales require special arrangements.
