- Regular 3” x 5” Opening
- Jumbo 4” x 6” Opening
Foil Hot Stamping: Prices include foil stamping
in one color on one location up to 24 square inches.
For imprints over 24 square inches, add $1.85 per additional
square inch.
Ink Printing: Prices include one-color offset
printing on outside covers and inside frame with up
to 100% ink coverage.
Plate Charges: Are included in the prices shown.
