What is production ready artwork?
Production ready artwork is usable without being modified by our artwork department.
What if my artwork is not production ready?
Artwork that is not production ready will be corrected at a charge of $70.00 per hour. No charge is made for corrections completed in less than 30 minutes.
How can I get my artwork to you?
The preferred method is our online artwork transfer form. This helps us manage your artwork and expedite production. You can also use postal mail or email to submit artwork.
Can I see a proof of my product before production begins?
Yes, proofs are available at the following costs:
  • Standard design proofs:
  • Black & white: $5.00 (net)
  • Custom design proofs:
  • Black & white proof: $10.00 (net)
  • Digital color proof: $30.00 (net)
  • Press proof: $200.00 (net) plus plate costs
Are artwork templates available for your products?
Artwork templates are available for download. They’re useful for positioning your design on a product.
Will PC files work on a Mac?
Yes, provided the artwork was created using an accepted application or file format.
My email won’t go through?
The file may be too large. Try to keep the file size under 10 MB. There are compression programs, such as Stuffit or Zipit, that will package your artwork for better file transfer.
What formats will you accept artwork in?
We accept artwork created using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, QuarkXpress 6, Macromedia Freehand, and Corel Draw. We also accept PDF, EPS, or TIFF files. JPEG, GIF, or PNG files are not production ready and must be modified before printing at a charge of $70.00.
