PMS color matches: $80 (G) per color
Shrink wrapping: $0.25 (G) per package of 1 to 5 pads per package. $0.25 (G) per package of 6 or more pads per package plus $0.04 (G) for each additional pad with a maximum of 25 pads per package.
Change of imprint: $25.00 (G) with a 250 pad minimum
3-hold punch: available on 8.5 x 11 notepads for $60 (G) per 1,000 units with a $25.00 (G) setup charge.
Phantom imprint:Free. Phantom printing appears a light shade of imprint color using a 133 line screen at 5%.
Halftones / Photos: Free.
Line ruling: Free. Available in solid or phantom printing. Phantom line ruling will be used unless specified.
